How do I place an order?

You can go to our shop page and purchase online. Unfortunately this option is currently unavailable but you are welcome to contact us through our email justncaseye@gmail.com. Packages can be delivered for an extra charge.

Returns & Refunds

Generally we are unable to accept any returns or refunds on any products. If there are any problems with the case please contact us.

What colours are available?

Currently we have cases in purple, navy, space grey, black, white, pink, blue and mint green; each at a cost of £9.99. 

Which phone models do the cases fit?

The cases are available exclusively for iPhone models. We cater for the 5/5S model and the 6/6S model. The case designed for the iPhone 5/5S can also be used for the iPhone 5C but is not designed for it.

Can I scan my oyster card whilst it is in the case?

Your oyster card will be picked up my machines if you scan it whilst it is in the case. It's credit will also not be affected by any phone signals.
